We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team in our facilities. This is primarily an administrative and supervisory role. In this position, you will set the team's daily work schedules and assist with training employees on policy and procedures associated with repairs and diagnostics. You will ensure that your team completes all assigned maintenance tasks and repairs in the most efficient manner while ensuring maintenance standards are met. Must be able to motivate, discipline and review employee performance on a regular basis. This position will also oversee the functions of our vehicle fueling and cleaning department. While you will primarily act as a supervisor, you may need to provide additional support during more extensive repairs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist Director of Maintenance with daily activities as required
Monitor repairs and conduct QCs on completed repairs
Coordinate vendors repairs
Help complete maintenance tasks when necessary
Oversee safety and EPA compliance
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or GED certificate
Vocational certificate in facilities management (preferred)
CDL Class B with P Endorsement required
Training available to assist with obtaining CDL following hire
Experience with a variety of maintenance repairs and diagnoses
Strong communication and leadership skills
Vendor management and organizational skills
