How You'll Make an Impact

Responsibilities include:
- Mixing pharmaceutical ingredients following compounding formulas
- Measuring and weighing ingredients with precision
- Operating blending and lab production equipment
- Following pharmacy procedures for safe medication preparation
- Maintaining batch documentation and production records
- Performing quality checks to ensure product accuracy
- Keeping lab workstations clean, organized, and inspection-ready
- Working closely with team members to meet daily production goals
- Helping ensure medications are produced safely, accurately, and on time

What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have a Certified Pharmacy Technician license through the AZ State Board of Pharmacy
- Experience working in fast-paced environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
- Basic math skills including averages, ratios, and measurements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Positive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
