Our Human Resources team is looking for an intern to join our Compensation team. This role will provide foundational exposure analysis, job architecture, and HR data analytics in a highly confidential and regulated environment.

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $17.00/hr to $20.00/hr. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance. Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Assist with compensation analysis activities including salary range reviews, compa-ratio calculations, and benchmarking support
- Support job architecture initiatives by updating job descriptions and maintaining role and leveling documentation
- Build, update, and maintain Excel-based trackers, dashboards, and reports used in compensation processes
- Prepare, clean, validate, and organize HR and compensation data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Create basic data visualizations and summaries using tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Develop process documentation, controls, and manager-facing materials under guidance
- Support HR analytics, reporting requests, and ad hoc analyses as needed
- Contribute to AI-enabled tools, automation, or technology initiatives used in HR workflows
- Perform other duties as required and assigned
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, economics, statistics, business, or a related field
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions
- Exhibit strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and identify trends
- Show high attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive and confidential information
- Communicate clearly and professionally in written materials and documentation
- Manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines in a structured environment
- Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn compensation and HR analytics concepts
- Collaborate effectively with team members in a regulated, team-oriented setting
