Senior Systems and Network Automation Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced systems engineering professional who has a strong

This individual must also be intellectually curious in a way the ensures technical currency in our field and the ability to identify and engage with applicable tools and trends as they develop.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows for system and network operations.
- Build and manage Linux-based systems supporting systems and network infrastructure.
- Develop scripts and tools (Python, Bash, etc.) to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Integrate enterprise business systems and platforms using APIs and orchestration frameworks.
- Collaborate with network engineers, system administrators, and DevOps teams to streamline processes.
- Document automation processes and provide training to team members.
- 5 years dynamic scripting language experience such as Python, Ruby, or Groovy
- Thorough understanding of the Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong proficiency in Linux administration.
- Advanced scripting skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages.
- Experience with API integration and automation frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Jenkins or Git).
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Working knowledge of AI and LLM systems and tools.
- Exposure to network monitoring tools and telemetry systems.
- 2 years of experience in network engineering or related field.
- Solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
