Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with potential residential customers through door-to-door outreach in target neighborhoods.
- Clearly communicate the value of Wecom Fiber’s products and services with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm.
- Educate prospects about internet speed, reliability, pricing, installation, and service advantages.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
- Support local events, pop-ups, and marketing campaigns by representing Wecom Fiber in the community.
- Coordinate closely with service availability, marketing, and install teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Use CRM tools and mobile apps to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions in real time.
- Act as a brand ambassador, building trust and long-term relationships in our communities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 years of experience in field sales, direct customer contact, or outreach (telecom, utilities, or home services preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a mobile field environment.
- Comfortable working outdoors and engaging door-to-door.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Prior experience in fiber internet, telecom, or a related industry.
- Knowledge of the local market or community you’ll serve.
- Experience using CRM or sales tracking software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
