The Vehicle Acquisition Specialist I role is the entry point into a defined, performance-based sales career path. You will focus on building strong car buying behaviors, disciplined activity execution, and personal accountability while learning the fundamentals of professional vehicle acquisition.
Based in the Palm Harbor, FL branch, this role is about selling a service—helping customers confidently choose us as the fastest, safest, and most convenient way to sell their vehicle. You will develop the ability to influence customer decisions and convert interest into completed vehicle acquisitions by positioning our service as the best solution.

What You’ll Do
- Contact vehicle sellers via phone, email, and approved digital channels
- Treat every lead, appointment, and interaction as a car buying opportunity
- Build rapport quickly and influence customers to choose our service, guiding conversations toward scheduled appointments
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity expectations
- Maintain disciplined follow-up and accurate pipeline tracking
- Convert qualified leads into completed vehicle acquisitions through effective follow-up and customer engagement
- Support vehicle evaluations and pricing discussions while reinforcing the value and convenience of our service
- Maintain accurate documentation and system entries to support compliant transactions
- Participate actively in car buying contests, leaderboards, and performance challenges
- Work independently while collaborating with Area Managers and partners to move deals forward
