About The Role & Team

Webull Pay is the digital asset/crypto arm of Webull Group, empowering users to buy, sell, transfer, and manage cryptocurrencies through a secure and intuitive platform. The Crypto Operations Analyst will be part of the Webull Pay Operations team, supporting the daily movement of funds and digital assets, reconciling transactions across multiple systems, and ensuring accuracy in all back-office and customer-facing operations. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and comfort working with blockchain data, payment networks, and internal ledger systems.

The Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Risk, Compliance, Product, and Treasury—to support seamless and compliant operational workflows across Webull Pay’s crypto and fiat rails. This position reports to the Senior Associate Director, Payment and Crypto Operations.

In This Role, You Will

• Reconcile daily crypto and fiat transactions between custody providers, banking partners, and internal ledgers.
• Support operational workflows for deposits, withdrawals, and coin transfers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor and resolve reconciliation breaks, transaction failures, and exception items, escalating as needed.
• Coordinate with Treasury on liquidity management, settlement funding, and end-of-day balance reporting.
• Assist in maintaining and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs) for crypto operations processes.
• Partner with Compliance and Risk to identify and mitigate suspicious activity, system errors, or policy exceptions.
• Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to communicate operational requirements and test new features.
• Generate and maintain internal reports and dashboards tracking operational metrics, aging, and error trends.
• Participate in root-cause analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and control.
• Support readiness for audits, regulatory exams, and internal control reviews related to crypto operations.

The Skills You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1 years of experience in financial operations, payments, treasury, or crypto operations.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Familiarity with blockchain transactions, custody models, and settlement flows for digital assets.
• Strong analytical and data-management skills; proficiency in Excel required (SQL or BI tools a plus).
• Experience with operational and reconciliation systems (e.g., Plaid, FIS, Broadridge, or custody dashboards).
• Knowledge of AML/BSA frameworks, crypto compliance standards, or prior fintech experience preferred.
