Role Description
This is a full-time Creative Strategist role focused on performance advertising. You'll drive the development of ad creative strategies, concepts, and briefs that convert. Day-to-day includes developing creative concepts rooted in customer insights, writing briefs for designers and editors, analyzing Meta Ads performance data, conducting market research, and refining campaigns to hit client goals.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in performance marketing or advertising, specifically crafting strategy and creative briefs for e-commerce brands
- Strong understanding of paid media, particularly Meta Ads. You need to read data and translate it into creative decisions
- Proficiency in creative direction and strategy for direct-response advertising
- Skilled in persuasive copywriting and customer research
- Ability to manage designers and editors to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple brands
- Design or editing background is a plus
