Role Description
This is a full-time role, for a Creative Strategist. The Creative Strategist will drive the development of strategic advertising solutions and creative content for our clients. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with teams to develop creative concepts, producing and managing brand and creative strategies, conducting market research, and refining campaign ideas to align with client objectives. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in integrating innovative ideas with practical strategies to deliver impactful creative campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to conceptualize and guide innovative campaigns
- Strong skills in Brand Strategy to maintain consistency and ensure effective brand messaging across different channels
- Expertise in Writing and Research to create persuasive, audience-focused content and gather relevant insights
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Prior experience in the creative or advertising industry is a strong advantage
- Designing or editing background is a strong advantage
Responsibilities include:
- Writing persuasive copy using psychological insights to engage audiences
- Manage a team of designers and editors to meet delivery deadlines and standards
- Analyzing campaign data to optimize performance and identify trends
- Developing and refining marketing strategies across multiple niches
- Leveraging AI tools to shape modern advertising, enhance targeting, and personalize campaigns
- Collaborating with the founder and CEO to build campaigns and product positioning
