As an International Tax Manager, you will be responsible for the following job duties:
- Prepare and review U.S. international tax reporting of income tax returns (S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, and Individuals)
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal international tax developments
- Advise clients on a full spectrum of international tax services including planning, research, compliance, general mergers and acquisitions activities, entity structuring and transfer pricing
- Review U.S. international information reporting forms
- Assist with new business development, extended service, and international tax issue recognition for existing clients
- Partner with leadership to evaluate new markets, service offerings, and joint ventures from a tax perspective
- Contribute to proposal development and client facing opportunities as needed including executive roundtables, prospect meetings, etc.
- Remain up-to-date on current tax practices and changes in tax law
- Coach and develop junior tax professionals
You Have
- BA/BS in Accounting and active CPA license required
- 6–8 years of progressive international tax experience with strong U.S. international tax technical skills; public accounting experience preferred
- Experience in international planning, compliance, M&A, entity structuring, and transfer pricing
- Ability to identify tax issues and support business development opportunities
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, including mentoring junior staff
- Commitment to staying current on international tax laws and industry changes
