Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customs Production Associate to join our Embroidery team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Embroidery or sewing experience is desired but NOT NECESSARY. All hired candidates will receive comprehensive training. Join the Webster team and learn a unique skill!
Responsibilities
- Fulfilling custom embroidery orders.
- Pulling and Picking merchandise for production.
- Sorting merchandise and preparing it for production or shipment.
- Assisting in locating missing items.
- Placing merchandise back into inventory.
- Ability to achieve goals set by Customs Supervisor.
- Willing to work extended hours to achieve production goals if needed.
Skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work within a team to achieve common goals and work on your own with minimal supervision.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Great accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to utilize iPad/computer programs.
- Able to lift 15-30 pounds consistently throughout a regular shift.
