What You'll Do
✔️ Develop and implement service plans to support family stabilization
✔️ Conduct weekly home visits and outreach activities
✔️ Facilitate healthy interpersonal relationships within families
✔️ Advocate for clients and assist with school adjustment and permanency planning
✔️ Attend and participate in multi-disciplinary staffings and court hearings
✔️ Maintain accurate and timely case records and progress notes
✔️ Collaborate with community agencies to ensure wraparound services
✔️ Participate in training, seminars, and professional development
What We're Looking For
Education: Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field (Master of Social Work or equivalent preferred)
Experience: Professional experience in child welfare or family services preferred

Requirements
- Successfully obtain Intact Specialty Certification
- Valid Illinois driver's license and proof of required auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with home-based services and on-call duties
