Responsibilities
- Stock shelves with fresh produce, ensuring items are organized, properly labeled, and visually appealing
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks and inventory control procedures
- Assist customers with product questions, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Perform routine cleaning, packaging, and merchandising tasks to uphold store standards and product quality
- Support shipping & receiving processes by loading and unloading deliveries efficiently while adhering to safe lifting practices
- Operate equipment safely, including manual handling tools and material handling equipment, following all safety protocols
Skills
- Experience with inventory management, or retail store environments is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and merchandising tasks
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and transaction processing
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly attitude and teamwork spirit
