What We're Looking For
Desired Education
-Minimum of a Bachelors in Business, Accounting, or a related major (Undergraduate GPA MUST be above a 3.4)
-Certified Public Accountant (active or inactive) helpful, but not required
General Knowledge
Proficiency in account/bookkeeping
Experience
-2 years of public accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
-Advanced knowledge in Employee Benefits Management software, Excel and other Microsoft applications, as well as Google Drive applications
-Ability to learn and adapt to frequently changing technology trends
-Practices high ethical and confidentiality standards
Qualities
Capable of working concurrently on several projects
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time/project management skills
Demonstrated ability to get things done (hustle)
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of accounting process controls
Assist in the day-to-day accounting functions which includes:
• processing of cash receipts and/or cash disbursements
• execute and review automated and non-automated billing
Assist in the production of Monthly Closing Package
Assist in the reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards
Responsible for documentation of processes and procedures, and forwarding necessary
communications regarding these to team members and/or clients
Training
Our “Bootcamp” accounting training program will be provided for new WebFX “family members”.
On-site, state of the art training amenities to facilitate departmental trainings

Compensation
Compensation: Mid $50K- Mid $60K plus opportunity for bonus
