Duties And Responsibilities Include
- Thoroughly understand the client program and support team in the development of architectural solutions.
- Contribute to effective project management by recognizing the scope of the project.
- Research and define tasks to be accomplished on individual projects.
- Look for opportunities in every project to infuse WT's sustainable design philosophy; in addition, support WT's green objectives in how you execute your work product by using office resources and materials efficiently.
- Produce quality Design Documents and Construction Documentation throughout a project.
- Support the Construction Administration Principal during the construction of a project. Respond to Requests for Information from the Contractor accurately and in a timely manner. This requires developing solutions to complex issues while balancing schedule, budget, material availability, and established trades on the project.
- Review project submittals from Contractor for conformance with project specifications and application from project design documents.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with others, including the internal team, client, consultants and contractors.
- Monitors progress towards deliverable schedules and keep Project Manager and Principal apprised of project status.
- Contribute to the project team by working closely with others to insure fulfillment of contract requirements.
- Ensure quality standards are met by adhering to Weber Thompson's quality assurance and Revit lead processes.
- Ensure continued development of self through programs which enhance knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Follow AIA Code of Ethics
- Communicate and implement corporate policies, procedures, and standards.
