Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Architect. The Project Architect will handle day-to-day tasks including developing design plans, creating detailed construction documents, overseeing project timelines, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors. The role is located in Woodinville, WA with some work-from-home flexibility. The Project Architect will also be responsible for ensuring projects adhere to building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability guidelines.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Experience in Project Management and handling Submittals
- Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and sustainable building practices
- Strong communication and client coordination skills
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies
