Job Summary/Basic Function
Applicants for this position will be included in a pool from which Supervisors will be
selected as needed. Selected candidates will supervise, observe, and evaluate
student teachers as they perform the penultimate clinical teaching experience in
preparation for Utah state licensure.
1. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in education K-12 elementary, secondary,
or SPED. Masters Degree in Education preferred.
2. Candidates must have a minimum 5 years teaching experience in elementary,
secondary, or Special Education.
3. Candidates must have/had a Utah Teaching License within the last 10 years.
4. Candidates must be available to observe student teachers during regular
elementary/secondary school hours approximately 7am-4pm as needed.
5. Candidates must be willing to travel to various school locations to perform
observations and evaluations of student teachers within the classroom setting.
6. Preference will be given to applicants with administrative/supervisory K-12
experience.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have experience in the teaching field. Preference will be given to applicants with administrative/supervisory with a Masters degree.
