Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ogden, UT (occasional WFH allowed). The Director of Institutional Effectiveness will oversee institutional assessment processes to ensure alignment with university goals. Key responsibilities include supporting faculty and programs in developing and implementing strategic assessment processes, analyzing data to support decision-making, developing frameworks for continuous improvement, and collaborating with departments to meet accreditation objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong data analysis, assessment, and decision-making skills
- Experience in accreditation, assessment, program review
- Proficiency in using data management and analytics tools
- Experience leading a team of professionals
- A master's degree in a relevant field is required
