Position Information
Position Title Davis Campus Service Specialist Requisition Number H00001P Position Category Hourly/Work Study Campus Location Weber State Davis - Layton, UT Hours per week 20 Months per year Alternate work schedule
Shift work: Monday to Friday (mornings & mid-afternoons) and alternating Saturdays (1-6pm).
Pay Grade Salary Hourly Pay Rate $12.25 FLSA Job Summary/Basic Function
The Davis Campus Service Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and visitors at the campus information desks. This position delivers exceptional customer service, assists with daily campus operations, supports event set up and take down, provides referrals, and assists with basic technical assistance for classrooms and events. This position is part-time, working approximately 20 hours per week. Applicants must be willing to work any time during regular building hours including Saturdays. Occasional additional weekend hours may be required for off-campus events. Available for both students and non-students.

- 6 months paid work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills and ability to learn new software programs
- Work independently and problem solve situations to a resolution.
