Assist the AR and AP office in the daily reconciling of the daily cash reports, payment of bills, organization of all invoices/credit memos/statements from vendors, verification of bills to be sent out, etc.
Will work with scholarship students as well as sponsored students and vendors via email and formal communication.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to work hard, problem solve and not give up when things get hard.
Be reliable, kind and honest.
Be willing to be teachable, learn new skills and see how to make improvements if needed with processes and with oneself.
Have wicked good computer skills: excel, word, google sheets, etc.
Have good verbal and written communication skills to email and cold call vendors.
Have the ability to see the full picture and know how to work smart.
Be okay helping others and accepting help.
Ability to work a register and have good customer service skills.
Be able to go without social media while on the job.
