Webby Landscaping is hiring a Garden Services Maintenance Crew Lead - This position reports directly to our Garden Services Manager.
Webby Landscaping designs and creates dream landscapes for clients in Bozeman, Montana and beyond.
From ideation to installation, landscapes are our artform. We facilitate our customers outdoor living experience through new landscape design, landscape installation, sprinkler installation, live material planting, and landscape maintenance.
Work with a small company that cares about their people! Paid time off available after one year with company. Health insurance offered as well.
We Are Looking For
Minimum 35 hrs/week. Most summer weeks are 40-50hrs. Weekends optional, eligible for overtime if desired.

- Company vehicle for transportation
- Manage timecards for entire crew on site each day.
- Complete daily job reports and updates.
- Lead a team of garden service maintenance crew members, providing guidance, and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
- Perform a range of garden maintenance duties, including but not limited to pruning, planting, trimming, weeding, watering, and other small landscape projects.
- Maintain and use gardening tools safely and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations, promoting a safe working environment for the team.
- Physically able to complete labor intensive tasks - lift 70lbs, wheelbarrow, etc.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement or enhancement.
- Maintain communication with Garden Services Manager about job progress and/or complications.
