Our expanding agency is seeking a highly motivated and talented insurance professional to join our team as an Insurance Agent. We're looking for a sales-driven individual with a passion for the insurance industry, who excels at building long-lasting relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads by proactively reaching out to potential clients through various channels, including networking events, cold calling, and online marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and advice on insurance products that best suit their needs.
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve individual and team goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products to provide the best possible service to clients.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of the insurance industry, including different types of policies and coverage options.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Appropriate insurance licensing and certifications, as required by local regulations. (Preferred but not required )
