Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and current customers by guiding them through the vehicle selection process using thoughtful questions, active listening, and a customer-focused approach
- Continuously expand and apply knowledge of vehicle inventory, available packages, and emerging automotive technologies
- Deliver engaging and informative vehicle presentations tailored to each customer’s needs
- Maintain consistent communication with customers to build long-term loyalty and generate repeat and referral business
- Effectively address customer concerns and navigate a variety of sales scenarios to enhance appointment quality and overall experience
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set and track monthly and quarterly goals, coordinate events, monitor reviews, and evaluate personal performance
- Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and a results-driven mindset
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Evenings and Weekends Mandatory
- Fast learner
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
