Responsibilities
- Build strong, ongoing connections with both prospective and returning customers by guiding them through vehicle selection using thoughtful questions, active listening, and an upbeat approach
- Continuously expand knowledge of vehicle models, features, packages, and emerging automotive technologies
- Deliver engaging, professional vehicle presentations tailored to customer interests
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to foster long-term loyalty and generate referrals
- Develop strategies to address customer concerns and adapt to a range of sales scenarios, enhancing appointment quality and demo effectiveness
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set goals, coordinate events, monitor feedback, and evaluate personal performance
- Achieve and surpass sales targets through a proactive mindset and ongoing business development efforts
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Evenings and Weekends Mandatory
- Fast learner
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
