Overview
We’ve been serving the Lebanon County area for 35 years and are intentionally growing to serve even more customers.
Because of that growth, we are looking for a new team member that is excited to work in a couple different capacities, helping with day-to-day administrative work (accounting support and inventory tracking) while also helping assist customers in our showroom (basic product selection and pricing).
In this role, you'll interact with homeowners that are excited to update their flooring and make their homes more beautiful and useful for their family and friends.
You’ll be in our office and showroom in Lebanon, so please don’t apply if your commute is more than 30 minutes away.
This is a dream role if you like variety and have an attention to detail, as you’ll be consulting with homeowners to help them realize their vision and also helping with inventory and accounting.
Having some background understanding of flooring is a plus since there are a lot of nuances with our product lines. We will definitely train you thoroughly on all of them so you can get up to speed quickly. And prior bookkeeping experience is not required as we’ll train you on that as well. Confidence, accuracy, and follow-through are important traits though.

Objectives of this Role
Be a multi-skilled team member that enjoys interacting with customers as well as keeping track of the administrative details every day.
Core Responsibilities
- Enter orders into QFloors from approved estimates
- Perform job costing and basic financial tracking
- Enter payables, print checks, and keep the checkbook balanced
- Prepare and deliver regular reports
- Answer phones promptly and professionally
- Greet customers and provide basic product tours

- Have strong communication skills and the willingness to take constructive feedback.
- Available to work Monday through Friday, with Tuesday and Thursday evenings (to 8pm) and Saturdays from 9am to 12pm all on rotation. You’ll schedule flexibility as you get proficient in this role.

Pay: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
Benefits:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Saturday. Showroom hours are MWF 8-4, T/Th 8-8, Sat 9-12. Expected to take 5 days with 1 evening/week, and 2 Saturdays/month. We are flexible.
