Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Uphold the Weaver Nut Company Mission Statement
- Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am – 4:30pm (may vary during busy season)
- Maintain Customer Service EXCELLENCE in all duties; go the “Extra Mile” to engage customers
- Managing large volume of incoming phone calls and orders
- Process WEB orders
- Answer online chat from our site
- Ensure accurate processing and pricing on customer’s orders
- Maintain provided customer contact list (contacting them on a routine basis with sales, new items, holiday products and trying to up-sell)
- Generate sales leads (working current & inactive customer list; involves some “cold-calling”)
- Identifying and assessing customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; ensure follow-up and resolution in a timely manner
- Invoicing orders (as a backup)
- Other miscellaneous office tasks as assigned by manager(s)
Requirements/Experience:
- Customer-Oriented, Customer-Driven personality and attitude
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
- Prior customer service or client account experience
- Proficient in use of computer, email, copier, fax, phone, calculator
- Fluent in use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy is A MUST AND IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- High School Diploma/GED
