Sales Support Specialist

Weaver Brands is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to provide merchandising, administrative, and project support for our Sales team across all of our brands and sales channels.

In this role, you'll help bring products to life by developing planograms, creating sales materials, analyzing sales data, coordinating product information, and supporting the initiatives that help our sales team and customers succeed. Working alongside Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Customer Care, and Purchasing, you'll play an important role in helping our products reach customers in meaningful and effective ways.

The job responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Develop and maintain customer planograms and merchandising layouts.
• Assist with product assortment recommendations using sales trends, merchandising principles, and customer needs.
• Prepare sales presentations, product information, promotional materials, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate product information, images, specifications, and marketing materials for the Sales team.
• Gather, organize, and analyze sales data to prepare reports and identify opportunities.
• Support product launches and other cross-functional sales initiatives.
• Create and maintain product displays for trade shows, customer presentations, and internal meetings.
• Partner with Category Management, Marketing, Customer Care, and Purchasing to ensure accurate and consistent product information.
• Support Account Managers by preparing materials and information for customer meetings and presentations.
• Assist with special projects that support sales growth across multiple brands.
• Develop a strong understanding of Weaver Brands' products, customers, and the industries we serve.

Our ideal applicant:

• Has previous experience in sales support, customer service, merchandising, retail, or an administrative support role.
• Is highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Enjoys working with data, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Works well independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Has experience creating planograms or merchandising layouts (preferred).
• Has knowledge of equine products or the equine industry (strongly preferred).
• Enjoys learning new products and finding ways to support customers and the Sales team.
