Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated attorney eager to engage with clients, insurance carriers, and the court. This role offers autonomy, professional development, and the opportunity to grow under the mentorship of seasoned professionals. Our firm fosters collaboration among attorneys, focusing solely on defending workers’ compensation cases.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex legal and factual issues; conduct thorough legal research.
- Develop and present defense strategies on behalf of clients.
- Prepare pleadings, written discovery, motions, and briefs.
- Provide timely communication and legal advice to clients and claims personnel.
- Communicate with the court, witnesses, and opposing counsel in accordance with office procedures.
- Ensure the efficient and effective disposition of assigned cases.
- Prepare and present witnesses and evidence at depositions, hearings, and mediations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- J.D. and admission to the bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
- 2-5 years of legal experience, with a willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Solid research, written, and oral communication skills.
- A strong work ethic.
Benefits, Compensation & Bonuses:

Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $100,000, based on experience. The firm also reimburses all Continuing Legal Education requirements and promotes a well-rounded work-life balance.
