POSITION SUMMARY
As a Service Advisor at WeAuto, you will be tasked with ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include scheduling and preparing appointments, achieving set goals, and providing excellent customer service. While prior sales experience is beneficial, it's not required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential, and your willingness to follow up with customers will be crucial.

OBJECTIVES
- Welcome customers warmly upon their arrival, schedule, confirm, and prepare appointments with customers for a positive service experience.
- Create transparent repair orders, including cost and time estimates, for customers.
- Assess vehicle needs through customer information, vehicle walk-arounds, inspections, and test drives.
- Employ a consultative selling process to help customers plan for ongoing vehicle maintenance.
- Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve or surpass targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction index.
- Maintain regular communication with technicians and parts associates for timely task completion.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to build loyalty.
COMPETENCIES

- Evidenced proficiency in communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Possession of a valid in-state driver’s license and a satisfactory, safe driving record.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer service in the automotive industry preferred
