We’re growing—and we’re looking for a Weatherization Field Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is passionate about leading teams, solving problems, and delivering high-quality work in the field.
As a Weatherization Field Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving the success of our daily field operations. You’ll work closely with our install teams, ensuring projects run smoothly, safely, and efficiently—while maintaining the high standards our customers expect. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being both in the field and in a leadership position—coaching teams, troubleshooting in real time, and making a visible impact on operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Start your day at our Burlington or Stoneham location, setting install crews up for success
- Review and finalize prior-day jobs, ensuring quality control and accurate documentation
- Coordinate materials and delivery logistics to keep projects moving without delays
- Act as the go-to resource for field teams—troubleshooting issues and providing real-time support
- Conduct 2–4 daily site visits, including: In-progress quality inspections, customer meetings, permit closeouts, internal job reviews
- Perform end-of-day job closeout inspections on priority or high-risk projects
- Lead, coach, and mentor field staff to continuously improve performance and morale
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, scheduling, and administrative teams to ensure seamless project flow from start to finish
- Maintain strong relationships with inspectors and vendor partners
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers throughout the day
- Qualifications
- 2 years of experience with Mass Save, NH Saves, or similar weatherization/energy efficiency programs
- Working knowledge of construction and field service operations
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing field teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- Crew Chief, Lead and OSHA 10 Certifications are a PLUS

- Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in a field environment with frequent travel between job sites throughout the day
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods of time (up to 8–10 hours per day)
- Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment up to 50 pounds, occasionally more with assistance
- Comfortable climbing ladders, accessing attics, basements, and crawl spaces
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and confined spaces
- Ability to safely navigate active construction and job site environments
- Manual dexterity to use tools, mobile devices, and inspection equipment
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach as needed to perform inspections and job site evaluations
- Ability to drive a company vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license
Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
