Retail Store Customer Service Representative

Schedules will vary and will include one or both weekend days. Full‑time hours will fall between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

WeatherTech Direct is seeking well-qualified Retail Store Customer Service Representatives to ensure the overall satisfaction of customers in our Bolingbrook, IL factory store. Our Customer Service Representatives provide exceptional customer support and product knowledge to our customers via in person, phone, and email interactions/correspondence.

As a Retail Store Customer Service Representative, you will

• Deliver world-class customer service in our factory showroom
• Communicate with customers via telephone and email to process customer orders, exchanges, and returns according to established department policies and procedures
• Use sales skills to recommend and upsell products to customers by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
• Provide timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns
• Work a varied schedule consisting of day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours
• Perform other duties as assigned

 Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a telephone-based customer service or retail sales environment
• Proven sales experience with a track record of driving revenue and exceeding goals.
• Fluent in English with clear and concise verbal and written communication skills in order to deliver effective and pleasant customer service via telephone and email
• Possess listening skills to fully comprehend customer needs
• Basic computer skills, required
• Type 50 WPM, preferred
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Regularly work on a computer and focus on a screen or monitor
• Possess excellent typing, spelling, and grammar skills
• Great attendance and punctuality
• Excellent performer; deliver high-quality results consistently
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
• Authorized to work in the United States
