Description:
WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca is seeking to hire a Retail Assistant for its raceway store! Our store is open year-round, Thursday thru Sunday.
This position will be responsible for greeting and interacting with customers and promoting product sales. Will also fulfill online orders as needed. The merchandise will be received, priced, and put on display by the Retail Assistant. The Retail Assistant must possess strong customer service skills to exceed guest expectations and help us meet expected annual revenue sales. This position reports directly to the Retail Supervisor. Skills and Qualifications:
· Interact and engage with customers in a friendly and outgoing manner
· Maintain store presentation standards by cleaning and re-stocking items throughout the day as needed.
· Collect cash payments and process credit card transactions for the purchase of goods.
· Communicate with online customers to fulfill online orders
· Able to receive, price and organize incoming merchandise
· Maintain an up-to-date knowledge on store products in order to effectively conduct sales
· Work closely with Retail Supervisor to ensure sales targets are achieved
· Must be available to work weekends
· Able to work independently and possess strong communication skills
