Now Hiring: Experienced Window & Door Installer Crew – Southeastern Michigan
WeatherGard is seeking a skilled window and door installation crew to join our team! If you have a crew of two or more installers, the right equipment, and the experience to deliver top-quality installations, we want to work with you.
Position Details:
- Role: Window & Door Installer Crew
- Type: Full-Time (1099 Contract)
- Pay: $250K per year
Requirements:
- 3 years of window and door installation experience
- Crew of 2 or more installers
- Own box truck or trailer, tools, and brake
- General Liability Insurance ($1M policy)
- Lead Certification
- Valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities:
- Install windows and doors according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring proper alignment and sealing.
- Utilize hand and power tools for installation tasks, including heavy lifting as necessary.
- Perform glass installation and welding when required, adhering to safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain tools and equipment, including the box truck, and ensure all materials are transported safely.
- Follow up on project timelines and communicate with clients regarding installation progress.
