What You’ll Be Rockin’
- Own the maintenance game by troubleshooting and fixing everything from pumps and motors to valves and compressors.
- Keep our high-tech chemical milling, anodizing, fabrication, and painting equipment in tip-top shape—because downtime is the enemy!
- Maintain facility systems like HVAC, compressed air, and ventilation to keep our workspace comfy and safe.
- Be the go-to for preventive maintenance—spot issues before they start and keep the production flow steady.
- Team up with engineers and production squads to install and upgrade cutting-edge equipment.
- Follow safety like a champ, with lockout/tagout and PPE, keeping yourself and everyone safe.
- Work in a dynamic industrial environment where every day brings new challenges.
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, with steady hours (6 AM to 2:30 PM) and chances to pick up extra hours if you want.
- No travel hassle—just pure hands-on, tech-savvy action.

- High School Diploma or GED (extra credit for technical certifications!).
- 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Solid skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Familiarity with industrial pumps, valves, piping, and controls.
- Strong problem-solving abilities plus the patience to read and interpret manuals and schematics.
- The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 85 lbs and work safely with chemicals and PPE.
- Expect some industrial sounds, vibration, and a bit of warehouse hustle.
