What You'll Be Rocking Daily
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of maintenance technicians to keep our high-tech equipment in peak shape.
- Prioritize and plan maintenance work to minimize downtime and keep production flying high.
- Dive into hands-on troubleshooting and fix complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Oversee HVAC, compressed air, ventilation, and all facility systems that keep our environment safe and efficient.
- Drive preventive maintenance programs that keep surprises at bay and productivity on point.
- Manage equipment installations, upgrades, and big projects with your expert coordination skills.
- Be the safety captain, enforcing OSHA standards and championing lockout/tagout procedures.
- Communicate like a pro—keeping leadership and teams in the loop with clear updates and performance insights.
- Be the leader of a dynamic team making aerospace magic happen.
- Full-time role with a solid Monday to Friday schedule (6 AM - 2:30 PM), plus opportunities for overtime.

- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
- 5–8 years of maintenance experience, plus 1–3 years leading teams.
- Expertise in mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and industrial systems.
- Knowledge of pumps, valves, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and automation.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with maintenance management software and tech tools.
- Experience in chemical processing, metal finishing, or industrial coating is a major plus!
- Expect a lively industrial environment with some noise, fumes, and action.
- Physically active role requiring lifting, walking, and working in varied conditions.
