We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our commercial roofing team. This is a first-shift position, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Start a job today and build a long-term career with us.
THE ROLE:
- Work as part of a 4–8 person crew under the direction of a supervisor
- Install various low-slope roofing systems, including prep work, loading, and unloading materials
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and office staff
- Follow all safety protocols and MiOSHA regulations
- Work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic construction knowledge is a plus
- Willingness to travel to various job sites throughout West Michigan (office located in Wyoming, MI)
