We are currently expanding and looking for four disciplined and service-minded Roof Consultants who want to build a meaningful career helping homeowners throughout West Michigan.

Our consultants are professionally trained to help homeowners evaluate their options and guide them through both retail roofing projects and insurance-approved restoration claims, ensuring that every homeowner receives the best solution for their situation and that no opportunity to properly protect the home is overlooked.

What You’ll Do
As a Roof Consultant, you will be responsible for helping homeowners understand the condition of their roof and providing professional guidance on the best solution for their home.
Responsibilities include:
- Meeting with homeowners and performing roof inspections
- Identifying potential storm damage or aging roofing systems
- Educating homeowners about roofing and gutter solutions
- Guiding homeowners through the insurance claim process when applicable
- Preparing estimates and explaining project details
- Maintaining professional communication throughout the project
You will be supported by our production team, allowing you to focus on serving clients and managing relationships.
Compensation
This is a commission-based sales role with strong earning potential for individuals who are consistent and disciplined in their work.
Typical earnings range from:
$100,000 – $300,000 per year
Income is based on the number of projects completed and the level of service provided to homeowners.

- Valid driver’s license
