What You'll Do
- Develop and grow new commercial roofing opportunities throughout Tennessee.
- Build lasting relationships with building owners, property managers, facility managers, consultants, and general contractors.
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Manage opportunities from first conversation through project completion.
- Partner closely with operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Continue growing existing customer relationships while identifying additional opportunities.
- Represent Weather Shield professionally and uphold our reputation in every interaction.
- Proven success in B2B sales with a track record of developing new business.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
- Self-motivated with exceptional organization and follow-through.
- Comfortable managing complex sales opportunities.
- Experience in commercial roofing, construction, facilities, or related industries is a plus, but not required.
- CRM Experience.
