The Role
We are looking for a driven, mission-oriented Financial Strategist to join our team. This isn't a typical "9-to-5" desk job. You will be an educator, a strategist, and a leader. Your goal is to help clients understand the "How Money Works" system and guide them through their personal money milestones.
What You’ll Do:
Educate: Host workshops and one-on-one sessions using our proprietary How Money Works curriculum.
Strategize: Analyze client financial situations and build custom roadmaps to help them reach their specific milestones (Debt freedom, Emergency funds, Retirement, etc.).
Build Relationships: Act as a long-term partner for families, providing clarity in a world of financial noise.
Lead: As you grow, you’ll have the opportunity to mentor and build your own team of strategists, scaling your impact.
Who You Are
The Communicator: You can take complex financial concepts (like the Rule of 72 or Compound Interest) and explain them so a middle-schooler could understand.
The Entrepreneur: You have a "builder" mindset. You want to own your results and aren't looking for a ceiling on your growth.
The Empathetic Guide: You genuinely care about people’s success and feel a sense of purpose in helping others avoid financial pitfalls.
The Professional: You are ethical, coachable, and maintain high standards of integrity.
Required Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
A background in finance, sales, education, or business is a plus, but not required. We provide world-class training.
Ability to obtain necessary state licensing (we will guide you through this process).
A passion for financial literacy and social impact.
