About the position: With over $750,000,000 in assets under management and growing, the Investment Client Services Associate plays a critical role in onboarding and servicing investment accounts for clients in a professional, timely and detailed manner. In addition, plays a key role in overall firm operations and client service needs.

What to expect in the role:
- Proactive investment activities including monitoring high cash balances and proposal creation
- Support investment service activities for various account types (managed accounts, brokerage, direct mutual fund, annuities, etc)
- Support advisors with client reviews by preparing summaries of investment portfolios and performance metrics
- Account opening and money movement
- Process account transfers, distribution requests, new contributions and redemptions
- Process beneficiary and address changes
- Support tax-related activities including document preparation and communication with clients during tax season
- Manage PIPs including processing and confirming that funding invested
- Ensure documentation is electronically archived

- Overall process improvement
- Help financial planning with data input and analysis

Additional requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum two years of operations experience in a financial planning or investment advisory practice
- Technical understanding of investment products and comfort communicating process steps with clients
- Proficiency and comfort with technology, including MS Office and CRM software

Nice to Have:
- Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 licenses
- Experience with Envestnet and/or Wealthscape/NFS as well as financial planning software (ie eMoney)
