What You'll Be Doing:
As our new Receptionist/Office Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice) that keeps things running smoothly. You’ll:
- Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone
- Help clients schedule appointments and navigate our easy-to-use software
- Keep our office organized and looking sharp
- Scan, file, and manage documents like a pro
- Support our team with day-to-day tasks and occasional projects
- Use email templates and scripts to respond to basic tax-related questions (don’t worry, you don’t need a tax degree—we’ll train you!)
- Work with tools like Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, TaxDome, and app-based software

The Details:
- Full-Time Role: In-office Monday to Friday 8:00-5:00
- Busy Season Hours: 40–55 hrs/week (Jan–April), some Saturdays will be required
- Pay: $22–$25/hour

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of general office and phone experience (preferred)
