CNA Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition to the nurse
- Assist residents with meals, hydration, and safe feeding as needed
- Provide emotional support and build meaningful, respectful relationships with residents and families
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to deliver excellent resident care
