Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder / Fabricator to join our shop team in Womelsdorf, PA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our rental fleet and preparing used equipment for sale. From custom fabrication to heavy-duty repairs, your work will directly impact the quality and safety of the machinery our customers rely on.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)- Welding & Fabrication: Perform custom fabrication projects and high-quality welding repairs on a variety of construction equipment.
- Equipment Repair: Repair damaged sheet metal, buckets, booms, and various heavy equipment attachments.
- Upgrades: Install weld-on attachments and structural reinforcements as needed.
- Mechanical Support: Assist with other mechanical repairs and equipment servicing as part of the shop team.
- Shop Stewardship: Maintain, organize, and manage the welding/fabrication shop area and equipment to ensure a safe, efficient workspace.
