We Wall Inc. – Marine Construction
We build seawalls, drive pilings, and construct retaining walls and decks along the water. This is hands-on, physical work in Florida conditions. We’re looking for someone reliable with carpentry experience who takes pride in their work and shows up ready to go.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with driving pilings (wood and vinyl)
- Install vinyl sheet pilings / seawalls
- Build upland retaining walls
- Assist with deck framing and construction
- Load/unload materials and keep job sites organized
- Work around heavy equipment and waterfront environments
Requirements:
- Carpentry experience required
- Must have basic carpenter tools (tape measure, hammer, tool belt, Skill Saw, etc.)
- Must be able to read a tape measure accurately
- Must be able to safely use a circular saw (skill saw)
- Must know how to swim-job requires occasion work in the water
- Reliable transportation to jobs in Ruskin / Apollo Beach area
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, carrying, working in heat)
- Dependable and on time
- Able to follow direction and work as part of a crew

Preferred (Strong Plus):
- Form carpentry experience
- Marine or dock construction experience
- Familiarity with power tools and basic layout

Compensation:
$23 depends on experience and performance
