We're hiring an experienced Marine Construction Crew Leader to run day-to-day operations on dock and marine construction projects throughout Hillsborough County.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience leading/running marine construction crews
- Skilled in setting piles, framing and decking docks, and installing boat lifts
- Clean driving record required
- Must pass a background check
What you'll do:
- Lead a marine construction crew on-site day to day
- Manage pile setting, dock framing/decking, and boat lift installation from start to finish
- Keep jobs on schedule, on budget, and up to code
- Enforce safety standards on the water and on-site
