Job Description:
WeVINO Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and hardworking busser to support our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth restaurant operations and an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist servers by promptly clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables.
- Ensure dining areas and service stations are clean, stocked, and well-maintained.
- Support servers and bartenders by refilling water glasses and assisting with guest needs.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attentiveness to guests and staff.
- Assist with the overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including floor upkeep.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards to maintain a pristine dining environment.
- Collaborate with the entire restaurant team to ensure efficient service flow.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a high-end restaurant is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays or bus tubs for extended periods.
- Must be at least 16 years old with a valid work permit (if applicable).
