Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards in food quality and safety
- Support and oversee kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and motivation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
- Help implement food prep, presentation, and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the management team to meet restaurant goals and uphold brand standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or management training a plus
- Prior experience in a restaurant kitchen or food service environment, with leadership responsibilities preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and a commitment to excellent service
