Available Positions:
CDL A Truck Driver – Mt. Morris, PA | $17–$22/hr
- Safely operate trucks delivering foodservice products.
- Valid CDL required, strong customer service and safety focus.
- Monday–Friday, early morning shift.
Laborers & Production Workers – Wheeling, WV | $13.50
- Hands-on work including teardown, disassembly, operating tools, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Monday–Friday; overtime available. 7 am – 3:30 pm
- Team-oriented environment with consistent pay.
Millwright – Moundsville, WV | $29–$32/hr
- Assemble, repair, and maintain industrial machinery using specialized tools.
- High school diploma/GED required; experience with mechanical equipment preferred.
- Full-time, 40 hours/week, heavy industrial environment.
Instrumentation & Control Technician – Moundsville, WV | $25–$28/hr
- Perform rebuilds, repairs, installation, and preventative maintenance on electrical systems, PLC equipment, instrumentation, motors, and related components.
- 3–5 years industrial electrician/electrical experience required.
- Full-time, heavy industrial environment; flexibility for overtime and call-outs.

Instrumentation Technician (E/I Technician) - New Martinsville, WV| $30-$40
- Instrumentation Technician plays a critical role in supporting safe and efficient plant operations. This position is responsible for maintaining electrical systems, instrumentation, and control equipment across the facility.
- High School Diploma required (Vocational or Technical School preferred), Certified Electrician in the state of West Virginia (required), Experience in a petrochemical or chemical process plant maintenance role, Ability to interpret OEM manuals, technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams, Proficiency in CMMS platforms and related maintenance tools, Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations, Experience using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing/calibration equipment, Strong communication and troubleshooting abilities
- Full-Time | 24/7 Plant Operations (shift work required)
Mechanical Technician – Plant Maintenance Direct Hire - New Martinsville, WV | $20-$30/hr
- Performing mechanical maintenance and reliability tasks across plant equipment, supporting preventive and predictive maintenance programs, working within a planning and scheduling environment using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), coordinating closely with operations, engineering, and third-party resources to maintain reliability standards.
- High School Diploma required (Vocational/Technical training preferred), Experience in a petrochemical or chemical process plant maintenance role, Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and OEM manuals, Strong millwright, welding/pipefitting, and basic HVAC abilities, Solid understanding of mechanical systems and rotating equipment maintenance, Proficiency with CMMS platforms and vibration analysis tools, Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, Strong safety awareness and understanding of environmental regulations, Skilled in the use of hand and power tools, Effective communication and troubleshooting skills
- Full-Time | 24/7 Plant Operations (shift work required)
Temporary Operator – Start-up & Commissioning - New Martinsville, WV | $45/hr plus $2000 bonus after 6mths and anither bonus after a year
- Support a culture of safety, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, Utilize operator skills and provided training to ensure workplace safety by practicing and following all site safety policies, guidelines and procedures, Utilize operator skills and provided training to protect the community and the environment by meeting or exceeding environmental compliance requirements, Satisfactorily complete and apply the site programs for health, safety and environmental compliance training that will occur throughout the year, Apply training provided to meet or exceed compliance for local, state and federal health, safety and environmental compliance, Operate chemical and utility process equipment with proficiency to assist with the start-up and commissioning of the operating units, Apply your ability to recognize operational improvement opportunities and bring such opportunities forward for review among shift teams and management for approval to test and/or implement, Apply observation and troubleshooting methods to determine mechanical issues and bring these issues to Operations and Maintenance supervision for planning and resolution, Prepare and train for site emergency response situations to preserve and protect personnel and plant assets, Utilize basic computer skills to document activities performed, control process operation, provide daily logs of process difficulties and descriptions of problems incurred and/or resolved during the work shift, Support plant operations by performing or assisting in the principle of autonomous maintenance to assist in or self-perform minor maintenance in accordance with plant procedures and training.
- Minimum: High School Diploma. Vocational school or chemical process operator school training is a Plus, An associate degree is a Plus, Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are needed for Operator positions, Attention to detail and strict focus on the procedures and methods is required,Sound understanding of and the ability to properly apply various health, safety and environmental regulations is required, Ability to operate plant mobile equipment safely and effectively as trained and certified, as directed by plant supervision and plant procedures. This may include but not be limited to use of fork trucks, manlifts and other mobile plant equipment, Plant operations personnel must be capable of performing work that includes handling product bags that typically weigh 25 Kilograms or 55 pounds, Operator positions require the ability to be flexible with work schedule.
