Seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to support the setup and operations of a new Melt Shop and Roaster. You'll help install equipment, support start-up, and drive process improvements. Must have metallurgic experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Support equipment setup and start-up
Improve efficiency, quality, and reliability
Analyze data and suggest improvements
Assist with projects and safety processes
Step in as backup supervisor if needed
Requirements:
Degree in chemical or metallurgical engineering
3–5 years of experience (manufacturing preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with process improvement tools (SPC, DOE)
Project management and ISO knowledge a plus
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
