This role includes Truck Loader and Driver Helper duties depending on shift assignment.Work SchedulesTruck Loader (Loading Dock):Sunday–Thursday6:00 PM until finished (average 8–10 hours)Dock temperature: ~42°F (dress warm)Driver Helper:Monday–Friday (weekends off)40–50 hours per weekShift starts between 12:00 AM–3:00 AMOvertime expected dailyJob DutiesBuild pallets and shrink wrap productLoad and unload trucksDeliver milk in crates down rampsUnload up to 400 cases per day from trailersOrganize product by numberExtremely physical, nonstop workRequirementsMust be physically strong and fitMust be dependable and punctual (driver will not wait)Reliable transportation requiredClean and well-groomed appearanceAbility to read, count, and organizeForklift experience helpful (not required)Additional DetailsOvertime paid at time and a half after 40 hours30-minute lunch deducted weeklyThis is a demanding role for hardworking individuals only.
