Cleaning Team Member – We Simply Clean LLC
We Simply Clean LLC is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our growing cleaning team! We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible scheduling that can work well around family schedules and school hours.
Pay & Employment Structure:
- All new team members begin as a 1099 independent contractor.
- During the training period, pay starts at $15.00/hour.
- Once fully trained, pay increases to $20.50/hour.
- Team members have the opportunity to transition to a W-2 employee after establishing themselves with the company and meeting our employment expectations.
Requirements:
- Reliable and dependable
- Must have dependable transportation
- Must be drug-free, including marijuana, and willing to submit to a drug test
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Professional, positive attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and follow cleaning procedures
Our team provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including deep cleans and recurring maintenance cleaning.
